Admission Guidelines & Requirements for Preschool: Creche, Nursery & Kindagarten

Thank you for your interest in Frankelen Pristine Schools, we understand that choosing the right school is a significant decision in your child’s development, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Our admissions process is straightforward and operates on a rolling basis throughout the year, subject to space availability. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, and our dedicated Admissions Team is on hand to guide you through each stage of the process.

Application Steps to begin the process:

  1. Purchase the Application Pack
  2. Available at the Admissions Office for ₦10,000.
  3. Submit completed forms with the following required documents:
  • A copy of the child’s birth certificate (plus original for sighting)
  •  A copy of the immunisation record (plus original for sighting)
  • Three recent passport photographs
  • A copy of the most recent school report
  • A medical report certified by a physician
  • Any relevant educational or psychological reports, if applicable (e.g. evaluations)

School Tour (Optional): Parents may request an informal tour of the school with prior approval from the School Administrator.

Entrance Assessment & Interview: Once your application is received, your child will be scheduled for an entrance assessment. A face-to-face interview may follow, with the School Administrator or appropriate officer. It is mandatory for parents or guardians to attend with the child.

Assessment Criteria by School Category

Preschool (Crèche, Nursery, Kindergarten): Informal or formal assessment, or a combination of both. Further evaluations may be requested if special needs are identified.

Primary (Years 1–6): Written tests in English, Mathematics and Science, followed by an interview.

Secondary (JSS1–SSS3): Assessment includes CAT4 testing (Verbal, Non-Verbal, Spatial, and Quantitative Reasoning), written exams, and an interview (Please note this is coming soon)

E-Learning Online School (All Classes): Assessment to determine academic level and any required learning or behavioral support.

Important Dates

Admissions Open: May

1st Term Begins: September

2nd Term: January

3rd Term: April

Entrance Exams: Weekends in June, July & August

New Academic Session: Starts September Yearly

Additional assessments may be arranged at other times by the discretion of the Head of School.

Waiting List

In the event that classes are full, successful applicants will be placed on a waiting list and contacted once a space becomes available. Parents will be required to pay the necessary joining fees promptly to secure the space.
